We are visionaries

David brings over 20 years’ experience to his role as lead interior designer at MAS. Having spent the majority of his career in the Asia Pacific region, David built his reputation through his work on numerous large-scale, high-end residential and luxury resort projects.

In 2015/16 David opened the Hirsch Bedner & Associates Bali & Jakarta Studio’s in his role as Principal. He was also responsible for establishing Hirsch Bedner & Associates Resorts in 2019.  He provided A-Z services in boutique resort designs, from concept & master planning , to feasibility, prelim, and construction documentation services.  His experience concentrated on hospitality and luxury residential design projects providing bespoke & unique design solutions.

With 10 years experience in architecture, Teneille brings a wealth of knowledge, a keen eye for design and a passion for creative investigation to MAS.

Teneilles' breadth of experience across various projects of scale include; multi-residential (high rise), multiple dwellings (townhouses), aged care, education & science, healthcare, integrated resort developments, mixed use developments, as well as masterplanning.

She has formed strong client relationships and developed an appreciation for a refined and well considered design approach. With an eye for spatial planning, Teneille’s technical ability and on-site prowess sees her delivering projects to an exceptional standard.

DIRECTOR

Through 20 years of delivering complex, large scale projects Nick has solidified his reputation as an expert in his industry. His depth of understanding in architecture, development, and feasibility of projects is responsible for his success with & activation of numerous major projects.

 

His pursuit to add value, combined with his understanding of the market, and ability to apply creative-critical thinking to find solutions, has achieved notable savings & reinvigorated many projects.

 

Driven by client connection and attention to detail, Nick prides himself on being personally involved throughout each project in its entirety. Motivated by the team and culture he has built around him at MAS - he is proud of what he stands for today.

MAS Architecture Studio are design architects & interior designers that work on projects of scale.

Through creative investigation we work to understand client motivations, the inhabitants of the spaces, and the fundamentals of construction to create projects that provide absolute value and delights human senses.
