The first of three stages of the Budds Beach Masterplan, this project is a mixed use development including 276 residential apartments, bespoke amenities and recreation spaces, retail and commercial tenancies over the podium and tower design.

This evolved scheme refines the balance between architectural discipline and coastal softness, drawing on the clarity of white façade elements and the diversity of organic and rectilinear forms. Greenery is woven into the architecture through two balcony bands, where cascading planters, palms, and tropical vegetation dissolve the order of the grid with softness and vitality. These living edges animate the façade, layering a sense of rhythm that echoes the vibrancy of the shoreline. At the base, the podium is sculpted with flowing gestures and curvilinear voids, shaped in response to natural resonance. Its openness and permeability encourage views, movement, and connection with the public realm.
