of the site, using architectural form and warm materiality palettes to create strong visual links to the surrounding historic datum of prevailing brickwork.
The design intent improves and increases the green footprint of the site, lush subtropical gardens are woven throughout the proposed threshold, providing a vibrant and cool atmosphere, complimentary to the warm materiality of the ground plane. Offering prominent views to Fortitude Valley, Newstead and the city.
