The name “Spring House” sets the tone for a design narrative rooted in renewal, vitality, and nature. Drawing from the geometric abstraction of springtime flora and fauna, the façade integrates a visual interpretation using functional responses & highlights the contrast between the urban setting and natural qualities.

This is expressed through materiality: the solidity of brutal concrete is balanced by the warmth and tactility of natural brick and clay breezeblock, reinforcing the dialogue between city and nature. The flower-shaped brick units further celebrate renewal, providing shading, ventilation, and privacy while grounding the building in its urban context and strengthening its spring-inspired character.
